This policy explains what personal information Core Progression North Austin collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are Fitness Foundry, LLC, doing business as Core Progression, 9800 N Lake Creek Pkwy, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78717.

What we collect

Contact details. Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and date of birth.
Health and fitness information. What you tell us during your consultation and training about your goals, injuries, medical history and physical condition, along with measurements and progress we record over time.
Payment information. Card or bank account details used to pay for your membership. These are handled by our booking and payment provider, not stored by us.
Website information. Pages you visit on coreatx.com and how you arrived, collected through the tools described below.

Why we use it

To deliver your training and build your program.
To schedule sessions and communicate with you about them.
To take payment and keep membership records.
To send you marketing emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
To measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to run the studio:

Zen Planner handles our booking, membership records, billing and email.
Our payment processor handles card and bank transactions.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives website activity through an advertising pixel, described below.
Google Maps and Adobe Fonts serve the map and typefaces on our website, and receive your IP address as part of that.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses the Meta Pixel. It records that you visited the site and whether you started a booking, and sends that to Meta so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people like you. It may set cookies in your browser.

You can control this in several ways. Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, block or delete cookies in your browser, or use your device's tracking controls. Blocking these does not affect your ability to book or train with us.

Marketing emails

If you are a member or have enquired with us, we may email you about training, offers and studio news. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply and ask us to stop. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about your membership, billing or appointments.

How long we keep it

We keep membership and training records for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, including those under the Texas Health Spa Act. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

Tell you what information we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete information we no longer need to keep.
Stop sending you marketing.

Email us at the address below and we will respond as quickly as we can. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Members under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign their membership agreement, and we collect that adult's contact details as part of the process.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to staff who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to current members directly.
